finally,
my wordpress blog is all set up, and its ina blue coloured layout
just the way i like it
Before we get into discussing ringtones, and what songs would make good ringotnes and stuff like tat, i did some small research to find out which websites actually offer free mp3 ringtones, on the internet,and i wasn’t disappointed!these were the websites i was hinted as popular/known and here’s the review:
first i checked out phonesherpa
clearly, phone sherpa was a paysite, and i was just as interested as sick Eskimoes would be interested in frost free refrigerators.
so bye bye phone sherpa !
Next in line was mobile 17:
Registering with them was a crap process, and i didnt even have half my ptience to complete it.Seemed like a waste of time. Besides that . during the process of registration, they ask you if your phone has e-mail.for what reason i really dont understand though!(something fishy???)
Besides that, the corny part was that you seem to HAVE to be registered to actually check the songs or preview them or whatever.
That’s NOT how you treat a visitor
minus points for mobile17…
PLuS++
they also ask you, if your phone can recieve e-mail attatchments, e-mailing a ringtone is a stupid thing to do, and messaging it to your phone is even stupider.CRAP!!
finally
www.mymp3tone.com
instead of seeing a rude “you will needto register to continue using this site
(like those looooosers in mobile 17)
i sawtwo options:
Archived ringtones? (or) Creating ringtones?
so there i was already sampling a few tones, and in 10 minutes, i downloaded around 6 really cool ringtones.
here’s the summary of the site though:
Registration was simple, and not time consuming.
Phone number was NOT asked during the process.(security is important!!!The CIA hacks telephone calls these days!)
The archived ringtones were a treat, songs displayed with album/artist, category and the creators of the ringtones seemed to be mentioned in and around the site.Neat.
Previewing tool worked quick, though it mis-spelled sec. for sek. (Advanced European technology???
)
Uninterrupted hassle-free music, and you DON’T need to be registered to listen and look around the site.
Other than that, they seem to have some additional music buff links, some links to composing music, and music as a career.Not my piece of cake.
But the best part is internet/WAP downloads.
So here’s the loot after 120 minutes of painstaking (literally) research:(My eyes are burning, my back is screaming for my bed, and my head feels like a block of concrete)
www.mymp3tone.com seems to be the best site i have seen that actually offers free ringtones to their subscribed users.So i will be using it as a platform to help people create ringtones, and create some groovy tones myself, to share with others.
MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
Try it out, it’s simple, and hit me a comment!
Sooooooooooooooo……..
Thats all folks!
